Meet Sara

 

As a registered dietitian for the past 17 years I have worked through many disease specific diets. Intuitive eating is a slightly newer approach to a heathier lifestyle and one that works very well when we say goodbye to diet culture.  I want to start where you are personally and customize your nutrition sessions to your body and personal lifestyle. Together we can seek healthy changes gradually and consistently all while learning to be more mindful by listening to our bodies.
